The New York Times' Web Site to Cut More Jobs.

Apr. 20--The worsening advertising climate has prompted the Web site of The New York Times to cut another 47 positions and Newsday to warn it may cut as many as 50 staffers.
The Times said the layoffs at New York Times Digital are in addition to 69 others fired in January.
Most of the layoffs are employees at Abuzz, an information-sharing business which the Times bought two years ago, and at Winetoday.com.
Two of those affected are editorial employees at nytimes.com and one is on the editorial staff of boston.com, the Web site of the Times-owned Boston Globe.
