From A-Rod to Boeing, Seattle Lays the Blame at Texas' Boots.

May 10--SEATTLE--"Blame It on Texas" was a popular refrain long before a cowboy singer made it famous. Blaming Texas has, for years, qualified as sport in Colorado and Alaska, where jokes and snide comments have assaulted any Texan brave enough to move there.

But the capital of Texas hatred may be seeking to move its headquarters. And at the moment, the most likely candidate for relocation is this lovely city, perched on the banks of Puget Sound.

Clustered among those towering pines is the feeling, on the part of many, that Texas has done 'em wrong.
