Captain D's Seafood Chain May Open up to 45 Outlets in Orlando, Fla., Area.

May 12--Captain D's seafood chain is trolling for opportunities in Central Florida waters.
But so is the competition, with seafood consumption on the rise and long-term demographic trends setting the stage for even more demand.
Captain D's, a Nashville, Tenn.-based company with six outlets in the Orlando area, would like to add up to 45 new franchise-owned outlets from Orlando to Daytona and Melbourne during the next five years, said Darrin Harris, vice president of franchise development.
