American Airlines Incorporates Corporate Culture to TWA in Merger.

Jun. 1--Travelers who board TWA Airlines jets today will find American Airlines' in-flight magazine tucked into the seat pockets -- another sign that the two carriers slowly are becoming one.
"This is the first time somebody's going to get on a TWA airplane, look in front of them and see American Airlines staring back," said Mark Abels, vice president for corporate communications at TWA Airlines LLC.
The magazine's debut on TWA flights ushers in a summer of customer-service changes tied to the merger, including new onboard entertainment and added legroom in the coach section of most aircraft, Abels said.
