Billy-Bob Gag Teeth Win Infringement Suit against Bubba Teeth.

Jun. 5--Those teeth are crooked, the jury ruled.

In a case pitting Billy-Bob Teeth versus Bubba Teeth, a jury ruled Friday in favor of Billy-Bob.

The seven-member panel awarded Billy-Bob, of Hardin, Ill., $142,046 in its copyright infringement suit against Novelty Inc., of Indianapolis, which produces Bubba Teeth. The case was heard in U.S. District Court in East St. Louis.

Bubba plans to appeal.

Billy-Bob president Jonah White, who began selling the crooked gag teeth about six years ago, decided to sue Novelty after he went into a gas station in Bloomington, Ill., and saw the competitor's product hanging in the window.
