Jun. 15--B.J.'S REMAINS INTERESTED IN AREA FOR CENTER: As ConAgra Foods Inc. is speculated to be considering Jacksonville for a warehouse, B.J.'s Wholesale Club Inc. reports that it also continues its site search for a Southern U.S. distribution center.

In February, the Massachusetts-based chain confirmed its interest in the area for a site to serve its wholesale club stores in Florida and the Carolinas. There was speculation that the North Florida center could be 500,000 square feet in size, sit on 90 to 110 acres and employ at least 200 people, although B.J.'s did not provide information about size or employment levels.
