University of Missouri Hires Terry Nichols' Attorney.

Jun. 16--Rodney Uphoff, one of four attorneys defending Terry Nichols in Oklahoma state court, will trade the courtroom for an MU classroom this fall.

Uphoff, professor and director of Clinical Legal Education at the University of Oklahoma, accepted a faculty position with the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law this spring. A product of the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Law, he will bring more than 20 years of experience to Columbia.
