Southern New England Telecommunications to Move Waterbury, Conn., Store.

Jul. 3--WATERBURY, Conn.-- The Southern New England Telecommunications Corp. will become the ninth high-tech company to set up shop in the downtown business district's Information Technology Zone when it moves its Waterbury customer sales and service center to Leavenworth Street this fall.
The retail center employs about 13 people, all of whom will make the move from the Colonial Plaza on Thomaston Avenue to 49 Leavenworth St., said spokeswoman Amy Turner.
