Arapahoe County, Colo.-Based Envelope Maker to Lick Huge Government Order.

Jul. 11--Tax refunds are a sticky subject. Just ask Arapahoe County-based envelope maker Mail-Well Inc.
Mail-Well employee Darlene Vogt operates the envelope-folding machine on the company's assembly line Tuesday. The Arapahoe County firm is turning out at least 47 million envelopes for the Treasury Department to mail tax rebates this summer. The U.S. Treasury Department has ordered more than 47 million envelopes from the company for the federal tax rebates that will be mailed between July 23 and late September.
Paul Reilly, Mail-Well's chairman and chief executive, said he expects the agency to order an additional 16 million.
