Titanic Tourism Booms in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Aug. 23--HALIFAX, Nova Scotia--The gamblers hunch before the row of garishly illuminated slot machines, feeding coins in the usual frenzy, hoping their ship will come in by going down.

Among the hottest attractions at the Casino Nova Scotia these days are newly minted "Titanic" slot machines. When a lucky player's display comes up with three icebergs, coins gush forth, much as the icy Atlantic waters gushed into the holds on that fateful night in 1912. At least the musical jingle that accompanies a big win is not "Nearer My God To Thee."
