Sep. 2--IBM's latest laptop is so well equipped that business travelers may not realize its potential the first time it's powered up.
Unless they're already aware of the high-speed wireless Internet services available at some airports, hotels and coffee shops, these users may never notice the ThinkPad T23 series' built-in 802.11B antenna. It can help provide data transmission at a maximum of 11 megabits a second -- pure nirvana.
Of course, the T23 has more obvious features. The review model, 2647-5LU, came with a 1.13-gigahertz Pentium III Mobile processor, a 48-gigabyte hard drive, a DVD drive and a 14.1-inch screen. All this sells for about $3,249. The price...
