Sep. 4--The famed St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, Tenn., whose pioneering protocols are shared with physicians and health care institutions worldwide, will be the beneficiary of a Sept. 13 party at the home of Stan and Mary Clare Finney.

Kathy Kurtin Stewart, who is co-chairing the Pebble Beach Party fund-raiser along with her husband Alan, said: "We all know families in this community who have children benefiting from the groundbreaking therapies designed by St. Jude."

Honorary chairmen include Lee and Claudia Trevino, Pat and Cherie Summerall, Mike Modano, Harrison and Allison Frazar and Steve Atkinson.
