Creve Coeur, Mo., Bankruptcy Firm Works to Find Employees in New York Attack.

Sep. 13--The terrorist attack in New York has transformed the normally routine work of human resources into a grim and troubling task for employees of Bridge Information Systems Inc. in Creve Coeur.

The human-resources staff at Bridge is working to learn how many of the company's 225 employees in the World Trade Center perished in the attacks Tuesday by terrorists who toppled the center's twin towers.

By Wednesday afternoon, Bridge had made contact with all but 20 of the workers, said company spokesman Joel Weiden.
