Sep. 14--ANCHORAGE EMPLOYEE ACCOUNTED FOR: Almost all of the 3,700 employees in Morgan Stanley's World Trade Center offices have been accounted for, including an Anchorage employee who was on the 61st floor of the South Tower when the terrorist attack happened Tuesday morning. Fewer than 12 Morgan Stanley employees are unaccounted for, said Clark Rush, head of Morgan Stanley's Midtown Anchorage office. Morgan Stanley housed its retail operations in 21 floors of the South Tower, the second building struck by a jet. From the 61st floor, the Anchorage worker raced down the stairs to safety, Rush said. Morgan Stanley erected backup computer systems after the 1993 bombing at the World Trade Center....
