Britton, S.D., City Council to Discuss Water Issues.

Oct. 11--Next week's special meeting of the Britton City Council promises to be more lively than this week's regular meeting.
Council members will discuss the Brown Day Marshall water development project with area landowners Monday at 7:30 p.m. at city hall. Mayor Jason Campbell said the meeting has been scheduled to discuss the details of easements that have already been procured from property owners. The city has contracted with BDM to provide water from wells the rural water system operates eight miles northeast of Britton. BDM may need to install a new water transportation line along an existing one, he said.
