Motel, Diner Owner in Pittston, Pa., Tries to Sell Her Business on EBay.

Oct. 17--PITTSTON, Pa.--The owner of a Pittston motel and diner is trying to sell her business.

But you won't find the listing in the classified section of any local newspaper.

Barbara Haggerty, owner of the Triangle Motel and Diner, is trying to sell the business on eBay, the world's largest online auction service.

"I'd like to retire," Haggerty said. "It's too much for me."

The business, located at 41 Plank St., first opened as a hot dog stand in 1951. Haggerty has owned the diner and motel for about seven years.
