Oct. 23--VSOURCE REGAINS SYMBOL: Vsource Inc. in Ventura has regained is VSRC symbol on the Nasdaq market system. Nasdaq had changed Vsource's trading symbol to VSRCE on Sept. 24 after the company was delinquent in filing required financial documents. The Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel is still considering whether the company meets Nasdaq's net tangible asset test or whether its acquisition of substantially all of the assets of NetCel360 Holdings Ltd. constituted a "reverse merger." Oral hearing were held Sept. 28.
