Bryn Mawr, Pa., Businessman Retires from Navy Reserve.

Nov. 5--James W. Eastwood, the Bryn Mawr businessman who rose from ROTC cadet at Villanova University to two-star admiral, retired from the U.S. Navy Reserve Friday night.
The Navy's commanding officer, Admiral Vern Clark, came to Philadelphia to preside over the ceremony at the Union League.
Eastwood, 56, who often shows up at area board meetings in uniform, has blended a 130-day-a-year Navy schedule with running Granary Associates, a Philadelphia firm that provides architectural, project-management, relocation and real estate services.
