Rival Indianapolis Hospitals Embrace Sports Medicine Programs.

Nov. 25--When Lawrence Central High School takes on Lawrence North in sports, the rivalry also pits St. Vincent Hospital vs. Methodist.

When Hamilton Southeastern High School athletes take the field, so does Riverview Hospital.

And when an Indiana Pacers or Fever basketball player succumbs to serious injury, be assured there's a hospital with its reputation at stake.

As sports at all levels have thrived, hospitals have beefed up their sports medicine offerings to advertise their services and grab a share of the business of tending to athletes.
