Dec. 1--TEMECULA, Calif.--William H. Channell Sr., who has been at the helm of Channell Commercial Corp. since the telecommunications equipment manufacturer went public in 1996, is relinquishing day-to-day operations.
Richard A. Cude, 68, a Channell director since 1996, was named the Temecula-based company's chief executive, effective immediately. William Channell Sr., 72, will remain chairman of the company his father, James W. Channell, founded in 1922.
William Channell Jr., 42, remains president and chief operating officer.
