Thai Leasing Company's Share Float to Build Platform for Growth.

Dec. 8--Nava Leasing Plc will float 30 million new shares to the public to raise 187.5 million baht to expand its business and lower the cost of obtaining funds in the future.
Pornchit Piyawattanametha, the managing director, said listing on the stock exchange would make the company more competitive in the hire-purchase and leasing business.
"Our credit and image will be lifted and this will benefit us when securitising hire-purchase and leasing loans to raise extra funds in the future," he said.
The share subscription period will be between Dec 14 and 17 or 18. The initial public offering (IPO) price is set at 6.25 baht and the par value is one...
