Dec. 9--AUTOS: Ford says its first long-wheelbase Crown Victoria taxi has been delivered in New York. Ford says that by stretching the '02 Crown Victoria wheelbase by 6 inches, it can offer more rear-seat leg room, plus a longer door for easier entry and exit. Ford has a 65 percent share of the cab market, thanks to the departure of the full-size Chevrolet Caprice sedan in 1996.
--Nissan will preview the next-generation Quest minivan with a concept vehicle to be unveiled in January at the Detroit Auto Show.
