DeCrane Aircraft Furniture to Cut 125 Jobs with Closing of San Antonio Plant.

Jan. 17--DeCrane Aircraft Furniture Co. will lay off 125 workers when it closes the San Antonio facility where it customizes jet interiors for high-profile customers that have included corporate CEOs and the sultan of Brunei.

The company will give pink slips to 90 workers in late February and keep its remaining staff on until late March, when it finally shutters the plant, according to a letter sent late last month to the Texas Workforce Commission.

Under federal law, companies must notify state officials of pending layoffs and plant closures.
