Gulfstream Aerospace to Leave Fort Worth, Texas, Location for Dallas Facility.

Jan. 17--FORT WORTH, Texas--Gulfstream Aerospace Corp. will move its aircraft-finishing operation at Alliance Airport to its Dallas Love Field facility and may eliminate 355 jobs in the process, company officials said Wednesday.

The move, which will be completed within six months, will reduce the number of Gulfstream's finishing centers from six to five, president and chief operating officer Bill Boisture said in a prepared statement.

Gulfstream, a subsidiary of General Dynamics that makes luxury business jets, inherited the Alliance plant when it acquired Galaxy Aerospace in May.
