Lancaster, N.Y.-Based Ecology & Environment Expects Growth, Higher Profits.

Jan. 18--After six years of hard times, Ecology & Environment's top executive thinks the Lancaster-based company is on the verge of cleaning up.

With $75 million in consulting work in hand from Saudi Arabia and Kuwait that will give a big boost to E&E's revenue stream over the next three years, and good prospects for additional work from counterterrorism initiatives now being developed, Gerhard J. Neumaier, the company's chief executive, is more optimistic than he's been in years.
