Feb. 4--Months before the space will open up, Highwoods Properties is looking for tenants for four buildings in Research Triangle Park that the Environmental Protection Agency is moving out of.
Late last month, the EPA told Highwoods that it would leave a 60,000-square-foot building on T.W. Alexander Drive by May. In September, it will pull out of another Highwoods building in the same development. The Raleigh real- estate company is still waiting to hear moving dates for the other two buildings.
