Altamonte Springs, Fla., Developer Expresses Interest in Orlando's NBA Team.

Feb. 5--The latest person to show an interest in the Orlando Magic is Anthony J. Nicholson, an Altamonte Springs real estate developer and self-described friend of the team's owner, Richard DeVos.
Nicholson, 62, said he has spoken with DeVos and Magic President Bob Vander Weide about his possible involvement with the team since it was put on the block in January. But he hastened to add that the discussion hasn't zeroed in on specifics.
"There is nothing of any formality that has been discussed in terms of price," Nicholson said.
