Feb. 6--Sweeping changes continued Tuesday at financially troubled Homestore.com Inc. with the announcement of plans to slash 300 jobs at Realtor.com, the Web site Homestore manages for the National Association of Realtors.
The Westlake Village Internet company also named new presidents at two of its top Web sites.
Tuesday's job cuts come about three months after Homestore, which operates a network of real estate related Web sites, laid off 700 employees. Together, the loss of 1,000 jobs represents more than half of the company's total payroll when at its peak nearly a year ago. How many of the most recent job cuts are at the Westlake Village headquarters is unknown....
