Merrimack, N.H.-Based Computer Reseller Hit with Civil Lawsuit by Microsoft.

Feb. 16--MERRIMACK, N.H.--Microsoft filed a civil suit in U.S. District Court this week accusing PC Connection Inc., a leading reseller of computers and related equipment, of selling counterfeit Microsoft software, even after it was warned to stop doing so.
On Tuesday, Microsoft filed suit alleging that on a number of occasions between June 1999 and October 2000, PC Connection sold counterfeit software, and that they are "not isolated incidents."
Microsoft is seeking damages, an accounting of the software sold and a permanent injunction against PC Connection, which would keep it from continuing to sell counterfeit Microsoft software as the real merchandise....
