Feb. 21-- MODESTO FOOTWEAR COMPANY NAMES CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER: Robert C. Kaiser, a 16-year veteran of Hi-Tec Sports USA, has been promoted to chief operating officer of the Modesto footwear firm.
Kaiser, formerly chief financial officer, will oversee all operational and financial aspects of the company.
"We have top-notch people on our team making our product lines solid and our business plan extremely viable," Kaiser said. "We're in the prime position to take this company to the next level."
