San Antonio, Texas, Firm Works to Help Keep Hackers Out of U.S. Computers.

Feb. 22--Hackers, worms, script kiddies and viruses all pose threats to companies' computer systems, and the security concerns are growing.
So the FBI and SecureInfo Corp., a local computer security firm, helped create the newly formed Alamo Area Chapter of InfraGard, to network and share information about security threats to computer systems.
InfraGard's main purpose is to help protect the nation's infrastructure such as utilities, communications and emergency services but the local chapter is also focusing on business computer systems. Texas chapters also exist in Austin, Dallas, Houston and El Paso.
About 160 people attended InfraGard's first meeting...
