Universal Vivendi Makes Interim Orlando, Fla., Theme Park Executive Permanent.

Feb. 26--Robert Gault, who became Universal Orlando's No. 1 executive on a temporary basis in November and is already shaking up its entertainment mix, no longer has the "interim" in front of his titles.
On Monday, Gault was formally appointed president and chief operating officer.
Gault, 58, makes no secret that part of his mission is to revitalize Universal's appeal at a time when the post-Sept. 11 travel slump is still hurting attendance.
"My role is to accelerate, reinforce and support the creativity, entertainment intensity, product, human resources and guest service levels that continue to make Universal Orlando a 'must see' when guests visit...
