Cary, N.C.-Based SAS Institute to Acquire Oregon Software Company.

Mar. 6--CARY, N.C.--SAS Institute announced Tuesday that it will acquire an Oregon-based software company for an undisclosed amount.

ABC Technologies, which had sales of $32 million last year and employs 225 people worldwide, will become a wholly owned subsidiary of SAS, and its employees will be offered jobs with the Cary-based software firm.
