Nasdaq Might Pull Toledo, Ohio-Based Waste Management Firm's SmallCap Listing.

Mar. 7--Toledo's N-Viro International Corp. faces getting knocked off the Nasdaq SmallCap Market for not having a high enough net worth, the waste-treatment technology company revealed yesterday.
N-Viro has appealed a Nasdaq decision to stop listing the stock as of tomorrow. It will remain on the index during that process, said J. Patrick Nicholson, N-Viro's chairman and chief executive. He declined to discuss N-Viro's net worth yesterday.
