Four Seasons Eyes 400 Acres in Walt Disney's Celebration Community.

Mar. 12----Four Seasons Hotels Inc., which operates luxury hotels worldwide, is on the verge of buying about 400 acres in Walt Disney Co.'s Celebration community for a high-end resort.

Officials of The Celebration Co., the Disney subsidiary developing the community, would not comment Monday on the developer's identity. But real estate sources said it is Four Seasons.

The resort, to be located on the southern extension of Celebration Boulevard, south of World Drive, would include a 400- to 450-room hotel, a golf course, 125 time-share units, and a limited number of single-family houses.
