West Shore Chamber in Pennsylvania Awards Chairman of Diversified Business.

Mar. 15--S. Dale High, chairman and president of High Industries Inc., received the Business Achievement Award yesterday from the West Shore Chamber of Commerce.

High's multiple businesses are based in the Lancaster area, but his achievements have spread to the West Shore with his heavy involvement in development of the Rossmoyne Business Center in Lower and Upper Allen townships.

Rossmoyne Business Center grew from farmland along Route 15 just 20 years ago to comprise more than 25 buildings housing 160 businesses with thousands of employees.
