Mar. 26--If Mitt Romney wants to be our next governor, he is going to have to do a better job than he did last time around explaining capitalism to the Massachusetts electorate.

That may be tougher than you think.

In 1994, Senator Edward M. Kennedy portrayed Romney as a modern-day robber baron, a man who as head of Bain Capital put "profits over people," according to a Kennedy advertisement. The Kennedy ad focused on two companies in which Bain Capital invested -- a Midwestern steel company where workers went on strike, and a retailer, Staples, that didn't provide health benefits to part-timers.
