Commission Director Sails Through Vote to Mississippi Business Finance Panel.

Mar. 29--JACKSON, Miss.--Michael Olivier, the executive director of the Harrison County Development Commission, was unanimously approved Thursday by the Senate Finance Committee after his confirmation hearing for his appointment to the Mississippi Business Finance Corp.
"Mike Olivier is one of, if not the, best economic developers in the state of Mississippi," said Sen. John Horhn, D-Jackson, a member of the committee.
Another Finance Committee member, Sen. Billy Hewes, R-Gulfport, said, "Mike serves our community well and our state."
