Duluth, Minn., Call Center to Reopen under New Management.

Apr. 5--A Duluth call center that closed March 9 will reopen under new ownership.
Innovative Marketing Strategies Inc., a company based in Overland Park, Kan., announced Thursday it has acquired equipment that once belonged to TeleSpectrum Worldwide Inc. The company also has struck a deal with A&L Partnership to lease space formerly occupied by TeleSpectrum in the Duluth Athletic Club building at the corner of Fourth Avenue West and West First Street.
Similarities between the two telemarketing operations don't end there. Innovative Marketing Strategies picked up some leadership from TeleSpectrum's Duluth call center, too, including Manager Chuck Samuelson....
