Apr. 12--Holly Bakke took over two months ago as the state's new banking and insurance commissioner with a time bomb ticking.

It's set to detonate on July 1, the deadline for Bakke to tell New Jersey's largest auto insurer, the State Farm Indemnity Co., when it can leave the state.
