Dallas Mall Goes on Market Again.

Apr. 17--You won't see any "for sale" signs out front, but North Texas' biggest shopping center is on the market again. The Galleria mall in North Dallas is being offered for sale by developer Hines Interests.

It's the second time in three years that the Houston owner has made a push to peddle the three-story shopping mall at the Dallas North Tollway and LBJ Freeway. With department store anchors Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue and Macy's, the Galleria is considered the epicenter of Dallas shopping.

New Old Navy, Gap and Banana Republic stores opened recently at the Dallas Galleria.
