Canadian Lacks Any Specifics in Plan for Northeast New York Security Firm.

Apr. 17--The president of a Canadian firm pitched his plan to bring a homeland security company to the city Tuesday, but he again offered no specifics on how he would fund the multimillion-dollar venture and left without the blessing of city business leaders.
Raymond Henry, CEO of The Cogesur Group, asked the Mechanicville Chamber of Commerce to support his plan to turn the city's 88-year-old elementary school into an emergency preparedness center.
