Toledo, Ohio, Bio-Organic Waste Processor Fights to Keep Listing on Nasdaq.

Apr. 19--Toledo's N-Viro International Corp. yesterday morning continued its fight to stay listed on the Nasdaq SmallCap market.

Representatives of the waste-treatment technology company spent an hour making their case before a Nasdaq qualifications panel.

Patrick Nicholson, the firm's chief executive, declined to provide details of the meeting, saying he didn't expect a decision for three to four weeks. Nasdaq spokesman Mike DeMeo said any information about the panel's eventual decision would have to come from the company.

N-Viro is appealing a decision by the exchange to delist the firm because it has insufficient net worth.
