Real Estate Firm Wants Receiver for Grafton, Wis., Golf Course.

Apr. 19--PORT WASHINGTON, Wis.--A Texas real estate company will ask a judge to appoint a receiver to take over operation of the Country Club of Wisconsin, according to documents filed in Ozaukee County Circuit Court.
Orix Real Estate Capital Markets LLC of Dallas asked Judge Paul V. Malloy in Wednesday's filing to appoint a receiver for the Town of Grafton golf course on the grounds that "the property and its rents and profits . . . are in danger of being lost or materially impaired."
A hearing on the case is scheduled for May 10 in Ozaukee County Circuit Court.
