Apr. 22--Increasing international attendance at the furniture market will require a bigger effort to meet foreign attendees' needs, a Wake Forest University business report is expected to state.

The International Home Furnishings Market Authority, along with the N.C. Furnishings Export Council, commissioned a study by a group of Wake Forest MBA students. The students will make their recommendations to the two agencies this morning.

"The group's findings will demonstrate what the industry already knows," said Peter Cunningham, director of international trade for the N.C. Commerce Department.
