Trump to Build 60-Story Condo Building in Las Vegas.

Apr. 24--Atlantic City casino developer pitched Phil Ruffin on the idea several years ago.
Build a high-end condominium project near the backside of Ruffin's New Frontier. Brand it with the Donald Trump name and watch the lucrative sales add up.
At first, Ruffin wouldn't bite.
Then he saw the success of such high-end Las Vegas condo offerings as Turnberry Place and Park Towers, and reconsidered.
"With the recent success of high-rise condo sales in Las Vegas, I decided that the time is right," Ruffin explained.
On Tuesday, Ruffin and Trump announced plans to build a $350 million, 60-story condominium to be named Trump Tower Las Vegas.
