Toledo, Ohio, Waste-Treatment Technology Firm Aims to Boost Net Worth.

May 10--Toledo's N-Viro International Corp. expects to increase its net worth this year by $3 million, or more than $1 a share, to around $4.2 million if it succeeds with a multi-step bid to keep its stock listed on the Nasdaq Small Cap Market, shareholders were told yesterday.
The waste-treatment technology company revealed in March it was threatened with expulsion from the market listing because it didn't have enough net worth. N-Viro has appealed the decision.
The local firm plans to raise its net worth by issuing up to 500,000 shares of preferred stock, which a half-dozen investment companies are considering and should be done by the end of June, the...
