May 20--Kids come into Whitney Oaks Golf Club almost every day looking for summer jobs.

Archie Cart, the general manager of the Rocklin golf course feels for them, but he has already hired his summer help.

So too has Rebecca Jasmin, the human resource manager at WaterWorld USA in Sacramento who held her last hiring session at the beginning of April.
