Workers Want to Know the Straight Scoop, Poll Shows.

Jun. 2--Joanne Reichardt hears the employee cries as clear as day and wonders why so many employers don't.
"Employees are saying, 'Trust us enough to communicate with us fully, honestly and often,' " says Reichardt. "That's all they are asking."
Reichardt is vice president of Randstad North America, an Atlanta-based staffing service that polled more than 1,100 workers and nearly 1,000 employers in the first three months of this year to determine whether they were in sync with one another.
