Jun. 21--Former music industry hot shot Ken Berry received more than UKpound 7 million after being ousted from EMI.

Berry left last October by "mutual agreement," according to EMI's annual report. Nonetheless, he received "compensation for loss of office" to the tune of UKpound 6 million.

Under the terms of his contract, he also collects his chief executive's salary of UKpound 1.1 million for this year, along with UKpound 235,000 in benefits u a grand total of just under UKpound ...
